10ft x 10ft OUTSIDE Space Guidelines for TRAINER CON 4:

Where will these booths be located at the event?

These booths will be placed in our Courtyard space outside Trainer Con 5 and will share the space with our food vendors. 
 

  • Space Usage:

    • Vendors are required to stay within their designated 10ft x 10ft space.
    • Please practice vendor etiquette, ensuring no encroachment into other vendor spaces during entry and exit.
  • Multiple Spaces:

    • Vendors buying this space category CAN buy multiple spaces. 
  • Exclusivity:

    • 3D print vendors will not be permitted for this event, as arrangements with 3D print vendors have already been made.
  • Power Usage:

    • Power will not be available for vendors.
    • Outlets along the event walls are strictly off-limits.
    • A $500 Electric fee will be imposed on vendors using outlets.
  • Setup Responsibility:

    • Vendors must bring their own setup, ensuring a professional and seamless display. This includes tables, chairs and any displays.
  • Product Description:

    • Vendors are required to describe the items they intend to sell or promote.
    • All items must adhere to a PG16 rating.
    • ABSOLUTELY NO MLMS (Multi Level Marketing Groups, Affiliates, Directors, or Opporators). Vendors intending to sell non-handmade, MLM items will be asked to leave the day of the event with no refunds.
  • Market Hours:

    • The market will operate from 10 am to 6:00 pm.
